It moved to on 'Barbados', East Parade, Bexhill-on-Sea on 26 March 1940 and was taken over by Flying Training Command on 27 May.  It moved again on 1 July 1940, this time to 'Alta Vista', Higher Warberry Road in Torquay but on 20 April 1941 it moved to Tor Abbey in Torquay.
