3 Dec	STRATHDEE, JOHN	Plt Off	He was severely injured whilst flying Audax, K3686 of No 146 Sqn, which crashed into a street in Calcutta on 1 Dec 1941 He died from his injuries two days later and is buried in Calcutta (Bhowanipore) Cemetery.
3 Dec	EPPS, SYDNEY JAMES	Sgt	He died after Sunderland II, W3988 ZM-P of No 201 Sqn, crashed off County Clare in Ireland whilst attempting to make an emergency landing. He managed to get into a dinghy but was unable to row ashore and is buried in Milltown Malbay Church of Ireland Churchyard.

3 Dec	LIPMAN, DANIEL	LAC	He was serving with No 14 Balloon Centre, and died in RAF Hospital St Athan from cardiac failure caused by broncho pneumonia. He is buried in East Ham (Marlow Road) Jewish Cemetery.
3 Dec	GALLIVAN, CHRISTOPHER	AC2	He was serving at RAF Kemble and died from injuries sustained in a collision between his motor cycle and a motor car at Washpool Culvert, on the Winchcombe-Broadway road. He was a dispatch rider and was on convoy escort duty at the time of the accident. He is buried in Cardiff Western Cemetery.
3 Dec	BOORMAN, ROBERT EDWARD LEWIS	WO	He was serving at HQ, No 60 Group, Leighton Buzzard and was found shot dead in his quarters with a service revolver nearby. He is buried in Halton (St Michael) Churchyard.
3 Dec	BROOMHALL, FRANCIS GEORGE	LAC	He was serving at No 93 MU and died from multiple injuries sustained when his motor cycle collided with a lorry, being driven by another airman, in thick fog at Swinderby. He is buried in Solihull Cemetery.
3 Dec	TOPHAM, GEOFFREY	Cpl	He was serving with No 27 OTU and died from injuries sustained in an motor cycle accident near the Parkhouse Colliery, Staffordshire when he overtook a lorry and trailer and collided with an on-coming lorry. He is buried in Worsley (St Mark) Churchyard.
3 Dec	SMART, ROBERT ARCHIBALD	Sgt	He died from injuries sustained on 1 Dec 1941 whilst flying in Beaufort I, N1044 of No 5 (C) OTU, which flew in high ground on Exmoor. He is buried in Malden (St John the Baptist) Churchyard.
3 Dec	TAIT, ROBERT MEEK	Sgt	He was serving with No 16 Bomb Disposal Squad, and died from internal haemorrhage caused by multiple injuries sustained when he fell from a RAF lorry at Ellerby crossroads, Hinderwell. He was cremated at Edinburgh (Warriston) Crematorium
