Silsoe in the county of Bedford a Group Captain in His Majesty's Royal Air Force
and a natural born British subject resident in the United Kingdom on the date of
the coming into force of Regulation 20 of the Defence (General) Regulations 1939
intends after the expiration of 21 days from the publication of this notice to
assume the surname of Coats.—Dated the 7th day of October, 1943.”
