He was killed or died whilst serving with No 904 Sqn, his death being registered in Wandsworth.  He is buried in Surbiton Cemetery.

He was serving in the UK and was found dead at home from a shot to the head, with a revolver by his side.  He is buried in Streatham Park Cemetery.
