MAGILL,  Graham Reese , W/C, DFC (39236) – No. 180 Squadron

"Wing Commander Magill, now on his second tour of operational duty, has taken part in a large No of most successful operations.  On one occasion recently with great skill and determination he flew his badly damaged aircraft safely home on one engine. An excellent squadron commander, his fine leadership has contributed in no small measure to the high standard of efficiency attained in the squadron."
